How to take the Nadir

The nadir shot usually does not need to be very precise if you patch it into the bottom cubeface.

I usually tilt the tripod like this with one leg extended or sometimes I just put it on my wrist.

The pano head is set to 60 degrees down.

With a good tripod you can easy do 5 seconds exposures like this.
